摘要
目的:研究蒙古黄芪地上部分的黄酮类化学成分。方法:运用各种柱层析技术进行分离纯化,理化性质和光谱分析法鉴定化学成分。结果:分离并鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物,分别为山柰素-4′-甲醚-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ),异鼠李素-3-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),异槲皮苷(Ⅲ),沙苑子苷(Ⅳ),odoratin(Ⅴ),odoratin-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),以及1个皂苷类化合物alexandrosideⅠ(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分得,化合物Ⅳ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得。
AIM: To study flavonoids from the aerial parts of Astragalus mongholicus. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with various column chromatography and the structures were identified by spectal analyses. RESULTS: Six flavonoids and one triterpene saponin were isolated and their structures were identified as kaempferol-4'-methylether-3-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ), isorhamnetin -3-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ), isoquercitrin( Ⅲ ), complanaruside(Ⅳ), odoratin( Ⅴ ), odoratin-7- O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅵ ) and alexandroside Ⅰ( Ⅶ ). CONCLUSION:Compound V were isolated from Genus Astragalus for the first time and compounds Ⅳ ,Ⅵ ,Ⅶ were firstly isolated from this plant.
