摘要
近年来,低氧性肺动脉高压发病率逐年升高,已严重危害人类健康。建立稳定有效的动物模型可推动低氧性肺动脉高压发病机制及相关药物研究。本文总结目前常见低氧性肺动脉高压动物模型的特点和造模机制,并对各类模型的中西医临床病证特点的吻合度进行分析与评价。慢性低氧、SU5416/慢性低氧、香烟烟雾诱导、博来霉素诱导、野百合碱/慢性低氧模型是5种常见低氧性肺动脉高压动物模型,其中SU5416/慢性低氧、香烟烟雾诱导模型吻合度较高,野百合碱/慢性低氧、博来霉素诱导模型吻合度一般,慢性低氧模型吻合度较低。
In recent years,the incidence of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension has been increasing year by year,which has seriously endangered human health.The establishment of stable and effective animal models can further promote the research on the pathogenesis of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and related drugs.This article summarized the characteristics and mechanisms of the common hypoxic pulmonary hypertension models,and analyzed and evaluated the match of clinical syndrome characteristics of TCM and Western medicine of animal models.Among them,chronic hypoxia,SU5416/chronic hypoxia,cigarette smoke induction,bleomycin induction,and monocrotaline/chronic hypoxia induction animals were the five common hypoxic pulmonary hypertension animal models,especially chronic SU5416/hypoxia and cigarette smoke induction models had a high degree of match,monocrotaline/chronic hypoxia and bleomycin induction models had a medium degree of match,and chronic hypoxia model had a low degree of match.
