摘要
针对车用燃料电池阳极循环引射器在低功率段的引射能力较弱的问题,基于一款车用燃料电池进行脉冲引射循环性能分析,首先通过台架测试阳极循环混合气的组分参数,然后搭建燃料电池阳极循环的等效模型和脉冲引射模型,研究了不同脉冲周期、不同电流密度下的脉冲引射特性。结果表明:在不同电流密度下,回流混合气中的氢气占比在82.2%~93.6%之间,氮气占比在1.35%~7.68%之间,相对湿度在82%~95%之间;相比于常规引射器,脉冲引射的平均计量比在中低功率下有20%~70%的提升,且平均计量比随着脉冲频率的增大而增大,随着电流密度的增大而增大。
Aiming at the problem of weak ejector ability of vehicle fuel cell anode cycle ejector in low power segment,this paper analyzes pulse ejector cycle performance based on a vehicle fuel cell.Firstly,the component parameters of anode cycle mixture are tested by bench,and then the equivalent model and pulse ejector model of fuel cell anode cycle are established.The characteristics of pulse ejection under different pulse period and current density are studied.The results show that under different current densities,the proportion of hydrogen in the reflux mixture is between 82.2%and 93.6%,the proportion of nitrogen is between 1.35%and 7.68%,and the relative humidity is between 82%and 95%.Compared with conventional ejectors,the average metering ratio of pulse ejectors is increased by 20%~70%at low and medium power,and the average metering ratio increases with the increase of pulse frequency and current density.
