摘要
以激光清洗除锈技术为研究对象,结合制动梁复杂结构部位的特征与锈蚀成因,系统分析激光功率、扫描速度、脉冲频率及扫描方式等工艺参数对除锈效果的影响,探究材料特性、锈蚀程度、结构复杂性三大因素对工艺适配性的作用机制,提出参数优化组合、辅助技术应用及设备改进的优化策略。针对制动梁不同复杂结构部位,通过精准调控激光工艺参数,可在避免基材损伤的前提下实现高效除锈,为铁路车辆制动梁维护提供技术支撑,对保障铁路行车安全具有重要实践意义。
Focusing on laser cleaning and rust removal technology,this study combines the characteristics of complex structural parts of brake beams and the causes of rusting.It systematically analyzes the effects of process parameters such as laser power,scanning speed,pulse frequency,and scanning method on rust removal efficiency.Additionally,it explores the mechanism by which three key factors—material properties,rust severity,and structural complexity-influence process adaptability.Optimization strategies are proposed,including optimized parameter combinations,application of auxiliary technologies,and equipment improvements.For different complex structural parts of brake beams,precise adjustment of laser process parameters enables efficient rust removal while avoiding damage to the base material.This research provides technical support for the maintenance of railway vehicle brake beams and holds significant practical value for ensuring railway operation safety.
