脉冲激光焊工艺参数对钛合金焊缝熔深的影响及研究

摘要 与连续激光焊相比,脉冲激光焊接具有热输入精确可控的优势。围绕钛合金薄板连接需求,本文对钛合金薄板与钛条的脉冲激光焊接进行了研究。通过设计正交试验,探究激光功率、焊接速度、脉冲周期等工艺参数对熔深的影响规律,同时基于极差分析与方差分析阐明影响熔深的关键工艺参数。结果表明,在一定的熔深波动范围内,焊接速度和激光功率是影响熔深的显著因素,且焊接速度为最显著因素。 Compared with continuous laser welding,pulsed laser welding has the advantage of precise and controllable heat input.Focusing on the connection demand of titanium alloy thin plate,this paper studied the pulsed laser welding of titanium alloy thin plate and titanium bar.By designing orthogonal experiments,the influence law of process parameters such as laser power,welding speed and pulse cycle on the melting depth was explored,and the key process parameters affecting the melting depth were clarified based on range analysis and variance analysis.The results show that in a certain range of melting depth fluctuation,welding speed and laser power are significant factors affecting the melting depth,and welding speed is the most significant factor.
