摘要
氢能公交车载储氢系统支撑架在服役过程中处于复杂应力状态,其结构动力学特性是决定服役安全与使用寿命的关键因素。考虑储氢系统支撑架的复杂受力特点和不同路面振动激励特征,利用有限元方法分析了支撑架的模态特征及其共振规律,评估了支撑架路面随机振动激励下的动态响应特性,基于相关国家标准开展了车载储氢系统振动台架测试并验证了计算方法的可靠性,结果可为氢能储运装备结构设计与优化提供参考。
During the service process,the support frame of the hydrogen-powered bus'on-board hydrogen storage system works in a complex stress state,and its structural dynamic characteristics are the key factors which determining service safety and service life.In this paper,considering the complex force characteristics of the support frame of the hydrogen storage system and the vibration excitation characteristics of different road surfaces,the finite element method(FEM)was used to analyze both modal characteristics and resonance laws of the support frame.The dynamic response characteristics of the support frame under random vibration excitation of the road surface were evaluated.Based on relevant national standards,a vibration bench test of the on-board hydrogen storage system was carried out and the calculation method's reliability was verified.The results provide a reference for the structural design and optimization of hydrogen energy storage and transportation equipment.
