摘要
本研究比较了三种不同的方法提取白芨的总多酚:溶剂法、研磨法和超声波辅助法,评估并对比其抗氧化活性。超声波辅助法在60%乙醇、60℃条件下超声提取2小时,总多酚提取量可达到5.63 mg·g^(-1),显著高于其他两种方法。DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力实验结果显示,三种提取方法所得白芨总酚均表现出较强的抗氧化活性,且超声波辅助提取法所提取的总酚的抗氧化活性最强,超声波的空化效应有助于提高多酚类物质的提取效率和抗氧化活性。
This study compared three different methods for extracting total polyphenols from Bletilla striata:solvent extraction,grinding method,and ultrasonic-assisted extraction and evaluated their antioxidant activities.Under conditions of 60%ethanol at 60℃with 2 hours of ultrasonic treatment,the ultrasonic-assisted method achieved a total polyphenol extraction yield of 5.63 mg·g^(-1),significantly surpassing the other two methods.The DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays revealed that the total polyphenols extracted by all three methods exhibited strong antioxidant activity,with the ultrasonic-assisted method demonstrating the highest activity.The cavitation effect of ultrasound contributed to enhancing both the extraction efficiency and antioxidant activity of the polyphenols.
