摘要
探讨了4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定土壤和沉积物中挥发酚时,氧化性物质、还原性物质、有机质、苯胺类和油类及硫化物等物质对土壤和沉积物中挥发酚测定可能产生的干扰及干扰去除方法。实验结果表明:硫化物对挥发酚的测定结果产生负干扰;在样品前处理过程中采用在酸性条件下加入硫酸铜的方式直接去除硫化物的干扰。氧化性物质、还原性物质、有机质基本无干扰;含量低于750 mg/kg的苯胺类和1.5×10^(4) mg/kg的油类对土壤和沉积物中挥发酚的测定不产生干扰。
This article explores the possible interference and interference removal methods of oxidizing substances,reducing substances,organic matter,aniline compounds,oil,and sulfide substances in the determination of volatile phenols in soil and sediment by 4-aminoantipyrine spectrophotometric method.The experimental results indicate that sulfides have a negative interference on the determination of volatile phenols;During the sample pretreatment process,the interference of sulfides is directly removed by adding copper sulfate under acidic conditions.Oxidative substances,reducing substances,and organic matter have little interference;Aniline compounds containing less than 750 mg/kg and oils containing less than 1.5×10^(4) mg/kg do not interfere with the determination of volatile phenols in soil and sediment.
