摘要
[目的]建立微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定乳制品中铅含量的方法。[方法]采用微波消解对样品进行前处理,应用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定乳制品中铅含量。[结果]通过正交设计,在优化的最佳消解和反应检测条件下,铅浓度范围在0-50μg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.1010μg/L,样品的相对标准偏差为7.04%,加标回收率为92.0%-95.3%。[结论]该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适用于测定乳制品中铅含量,尤其适于大量样品的测定。
A rapid and accurate microwave digestion-atomic absorption method to measure the content of Lead in milk products was to established. After sample pretreatment by microwave digestion, the content of Lead in milk products was measured by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Based on the orthogonal design, the best resolution and response testing conditions were optimized. Lead showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0-50μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the detection limit, 0.1010μg/L, relative standard deviation (RSD), 7.04%, the labeled recovery, 92.0%-95.3%. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive, it is suitable for the detection of Lead level in milk products.
