摘要
在数字经济蓬勃发展与教育强国建设的时代背景下,职业教育成为培养数字技能人才的核心路径。文章从战略、产业、人才三个维度阐述职业教育数字技能人才的培养逻辑,深入分析当前存在的数字技能人才供需结构性矛盾、人才培养规格与产业需求适配度不高、产教融合机制协同度不足等现实困境,提出建设以数字产业需求为导向的高水平专业群、强化数字课程及资源开发、构建“双师型”教师数字素养提升体系、开发多样化新形态教材、升级智能化产教融合实训基地等策略,构建适应数字经济高质量发展需求的高效、精准的技能人才供给体系,为数字经济发展提供坚实的人才支撑。
Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the digital economy and the construction of an education power,vocational education has become the core path for cultivating digital skilled talents.This article elaborates on the cultivation logic of digital skilled talents in vocational education from three dimensions of strategy,industry and talents.It deeply analyzes the current realistic dilemmas such as the structural contradiction between supply and demand of digital skilled talents,the low matching degree between talents cultivation standards and industrial demands,and the insufficient coordination of the industry-education integration mechanism.It proposes strategies,such as building high-level specialty clusters oriented towards digital industry demands,strengthening the development of digital courses and resources,constructing a"dual-qualified"teacher digital literacy improvement system,developing diversified new forms of teaching materials,and upgrading intelligent training bases of industry-education integration,to build an efficient and accurate supply system of skilled talents meeting the needs of high-quality development of the digital economy,and provide solid talents support for the development of the digital economy.
