高职院校科普服务体系的构建与实践路径——以广西现代职业技术学院冶金博物馆为例

Construction and Practical Paths of the Science Popularization Service System in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of the Metallurgical Museum of Guangxi Modern Polytechnic College

摘要 在全民科学素质提升背景下,提高高职院校科普服务水平具有重要现实意义。本文以广西现代职业技术学院冶金博物馆科普实践为案例,系统分析高职院校开展科普服务的资源优势与现实困境,在此基础上提出“四联动、五协同”高职科普服务体系,即政府、学校、企业、社会四方联动,政策保障、队伍建设、平台建设、项目设计、绩效评估五要素协同推进。同时,通过强化顶层设计、优化资源配置、深化普教融合、数字赋能驱动、完善评价体系等路径,构建具有高职特色、可持续运行的科普服务范式。 Against the backdrop of improving the national scientific literacy,enhancing the level of science popularization services in higher vocational colleges holds significant practical significance.Taking the science popularization practice of the Metallurgical Museum of Guangxi Modern Polytechnic College as a case study,this paper systematically analyzes the resource advantages and practical dilemmas of higher vocational colleges in carrying out science popularization services.On this basis,it proposes a“four-linkage and five-coordination”science popularization service system for higher vocational colleges,namely the linkage among the government,schools,enterprises,and society(fourlinkage),and the coordinated advancement of five elements:policy guarantee,team building,platform construction,project design,and performance evaluation(five-coordination).Meanwhile,through paths such as strengthening top-level design,optimizing resource allocation,deepening integration of general education and science popularization,driving digital empowerment,and improving the evaluation system,a sustainable science popularization service paradigm with higher vocational characteristics is constructed.
