火力发电锅炉过热器管道失效分析及维修策略

摘要 针对火电锅炉过热器在高温高压蒸汽环境下长期运行易发生失效的问题,结合其结构及运行特点,系统分析了高温蠕变、水垢沉积、热疲劳、腐蚀磨损等主要失效机理,并基于现场数据与检测结果,提出相应的维修策略与预防性维护方法,以提升过热器管道的运行安全性与经济性,为保障其长期稳定运行提供技术参考。 Addressing the problem of superheater failure in thermal power boilers due to longterm operation in high-temperature and high-pressure steam environments,combined with their structure and operational characteristics,this paper systematically analyzes the main failure mechanisms such as elevated temperature creep,scale deposition,thermal fatigue,and corrosion wear.Based on field data and inspection results,corresponding maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance methods are proposed to enhance the operational safety and economy of superheater tubes,providing technical reference for ensuring their long-term stable operation.
