双碳背景下电站锅炉减碳技术研究进展

摘要 本文围绕电站锅炉减碳技术,重点介绍了锅炉燃烧优化技术、二氧化碳捕集技术和新型燃料燃烧技术的进展。数据分析、人工智能的优化算法应用于燃煤锅炉的控制过程显著降低人工操作的工作量,并能一定程度上提高锅炉燃烧效率,降低燃煤锅炉碳排放。碳捕集技术目前面临的主要问题是降低捕集能耗,推广碳捕集技术应用的关键是解决碳捕集的经济性问题。循环流化床锅炉可以燃烧生物质等新型燃料,但需解决受热面积灰结焦问题。燃煤机组高效燃烧技术,尤其是低负荷燃烧过程中煤粉锅炉的高效燃烧技术,提高生物质等零碳、低碳燃料在发电锅炉中掺烧比例,以及较为经济的碳捕集技术,是未来我国火电行业发展的主要方向。 This paper focuses on the carbon reduction technology of power station boilers,highlighting the development and field application of intelligent optimisation technology,the development of carbon capture technology and the energy saving and emission reduction measures of non-dusted coal boilers.Based on data analysis and artificial intelligence have been applied to the automatic control of coal-fired boilers,which significantly reduces the workload of manual operation and can optimise the boiler operating parameters to a certain extent,improve the efficiency of the boiler,and reduce the carbon emissions of coal-fired boilers.Carbon capture technology is currently facing the main problem is to reduce the energy consumption of capture,to achieve the key to the field application of carbon capture technology is to solve the problem in economics.Biomass boiler is a typical low-carbon emission boiler,but to solve the problem of ash coking in the heating area is the focus of the current research in the project.To carry out efficient combustion technology of coal-fired units,especially the efficient combustion technology of pulverised coal boilers in the low-load combustion process,to increase the proportion of biomass and other zero-carbon,low-carbon fuel boilers in power generation boilers,as well as the more economical carbon capture technology,is the main direction of the future development of China's thermal power industry in the form of decarbonisation.
