摘要
旋风分离器顶棚管泄漏问题严重影响机组安全稳定运行。以某电厂#2机组旋风分离器入口烟道受热面泄漏故障为例,利用宏观检查、金相分析、运行数据追溯等方式,揭示顶棚管长期过热、疲劳损伤综合作用下的失效机理,从结构设计、材料选型、运行控制等方面分析泄漏成因,并据此提出综合性治理措施,为同类型设备防泄漏治理提供技术参考。
The leakage problem of the top pipe of the cyclone separator seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.Taking the leakage fault of the heat exchange surface of the inlet flue of the cyclone separator in unit#2 of a certain power plant as an example,by means of macroscopic inspection,metallographic analysis,and operation data traceability,the failure mechanism of the ceiling pipe under the combined effect of long-term overheating and fatigue damage is revealed.The causes of the leakage are analyzed from aspects such as structural design,material selection,and operation control,and based on this,comprehensive treatment measures are proposed to provide technical references for the leakage prevention and control of similar equipment.
