摘要
通过对原煤流动性影响因素的研究,结合目前火电厂原煤斗的结构特点,分析了原煤斗堵煤、棚煤的原因;改造使用的虾米曲线防堵煤斗,采用了新型设计理念,对煤斗线形结构进行了优化,将煤流棚堵转变为可预见过程,从而达到了防堵清堵效果。
Based on the study of impact factors of raw coal mobility and the structural characteristics of raw coal hopper in coal- fired power plant,the causes of blocking or arching of coal are analyzed. The coal hoppers are modified with Shrimp Curve technology which optimizes the coal hopper shaping structure with a new design concept and predicts blocking or arching of coal, then the blocking- proof and blocking- removing effect on the hoppers is achieved.
