摘要
文章旨在分析发酵豆粕对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及消化酶活性的影响。试验选取1日龄白羽肉鸡320只,随机分为1个豆粕组和3个发酵豆粕组,豆粕组采用豆粕作为蛋白饲料,3个发酵豆粕组等氮添加10%、20%、30%发酵豆粕。每组4个重复,每个重复20只。试验为期20 d。结果表明:(1)3个发酵豆粕组生长性能均得到提高。其中,10%发酵豆粕组末重和平均日增重显著提高9.05%(P<0.05)、9.58%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低8.82%(P<0.05)。20%发酵豆粕组末重和平均日增重显著提高9.28%(P<0.05)、9.79%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低8.24%(P<0.05)。(2)10%、20%、30%发酵豆粕组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量及法氏囊指数均显著高于豆粕组(P<0.05)。10%、20%发酵豆粕组胸腺指数显著高于豆粕组(P<0.05)。(3)10%、20%发酵豆粕组十二指肠胰蛋白酶、α-淀粉酶及空肠胰蛋白酶活性显著高于豆粕组(P<0.05)。综上所述,发酵豆粕能够提高肉鸡生长性能,并改善免疫功能和消化酶活性。在当前饲养条件下,添加10%~20%发酵豆粕的整体效果更佳,建议在1~21日龄肉鸡养殖中推广应用。
To analyze the effects of fermented soybean meal on the growth performance,immune function and digestive enzyme activity of broilers.The experiment selected 320 one-day-old white-feathered broilers.They were randomly allocated into four groups:one soybean meal group and three fermented soybean meal groups.The soybean meal group was formulated with conventional soybean meal as the protein feed,while the three fermented soybean meal groups were supplemented with 10%,20%,and 30%fermented soybean meal on an equal-nitrogen basis.Each group contained 4 replicates,with 20 white-feathered broilers per replicate.The trial lasted for 20 days.Results:1)The growth performance was improved in all three fermented soybean meal groups.The 10%fermented soybean meal group resulted in significant increases of 9.05%(P<0.05)in final body weight and 9.58%(P<0.05)in average daily gain,with a significant reduction of 8.82%(P<0.05)in the feed-to-gain ratio.The 20%fermented soybean meal group resulted in significant increases of 9.28%(P<0.05)in final body weight and 9.79%(P<0.05)in average daily gain,with a significant reduction of 8.24%(P<0.05)in the feed-to-gain ratio.2)Serum IgA and IgG levels and the bursa of Fabricius index were significantly elevated in all fermented soybean meal groups(10%,20%,30%)compared to the soybean meal group(P<0.05).The thymus index was significantly increased in the 10%and 20%fermented soybean meal groups compared to the soybean meal group(P<0.05).3)The activities of duodenal trypsin,α-amylase,and jejunal trypsin were significantly higher in the 10%and 20%fermented soybean meal groups than in the soybean meal group(P<0.05).This study demonstrates that dietary supplementation with fermented soybean meal improves broiler growth performance,immune status,and digestive enzyme activity.Under current feeding conditions,adding 10%to 20%fermented soybean meal has a better overall effect,and it is recommended to promote its application in the breeding of broilers aged 1 to 21 days.
