发酵豆粕对白羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Fermented Soybean Meal on The Production Performance and Immune Function of White-Feather Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究用发酵豆粕替代肉鸡饲粮中豆粕用量的40%对白羽肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能的影响。试验选取体况一致和体重接近的120只7日龄AA公雏肉仔鸡,随机分为2个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,发酵豆粕组用发酵豆粕替代40%豆粕。试验期为30 d。结果表明:①与对照组相比,发酵豆粕组白羽肉鸡生长性能指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。②与对照组相比,发酵豆粕显著降低了白羽肉鸡21日龄和37日龄空肠中内毒素(ET)的含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中用发酵豆粕替代肉鸡饲粮中豆粕用量的40%可降低白羽肉鸡肠道ET水平,从而增强了机体免疫力和抵抗力。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of replacing 40%of soybean meal dosage in broiler feed ration with fermented soybean meal on the growth performance and immune function of white-feathered broilers.One hundred and twenty 7-day-old AA male broilers chicks with the same body condition and close to the same body weight were randomly divided into two treat-ment groups,with six replicates in each group and 10 broilers in each replicate.The control group was fed a basal ration,and the fermented soybean meal group replaced 40%soybean meal with fermented soybean meal.The experimental period was 30 d.The results showed that:①compared with the control group,none of the growth performance indexes of white-feathered broilers in the fermented soybean meal group changed significantly(P>0.05).②Com-pared with the control group,the fermented soybean meal significantly reduced the levels of endotoxin(ET)in the jejunum of white-feathered broilers at the age of 21 and 37 days(P<0.05).In summary,un-der the conditions of this experiment,the replacement of 40%of the soybean meal dosage in broiler diets with fermented soybean meal in the ration reduced the intestinal ET level in white feather broilers,thus enhancing the body immunity and resistance.
