绿茶提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、肝脂代谢和卵巢抗氧化指标的影响

Effects of green tea extract on production performance,liver lipid metabolism and ovarian antioxidant indexes of laying hens

摘要 文章旨在探究绿茶提取物(GTE)对蛋鸡生产性能、肝脂代谢和卵巢抗氧化指标的影响。试验将864羽65周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组9个重复,每个重复24羽,试验日粮分别添加0%、0.12%、0.24%和0.48%的GTE,预饲期7d,正试期42d。与0%的GTE组相比,0.48%的GTE组蛋重显著提高3.96%(P<0.05),料蛋比显著降低3.73%(P<0.05);0.48%的GTE组软破蛋率较0%~0.24%的GTE组分别显著降低46.77%、43.10%和44.07%(P<0.05)。0.48%GTE组甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05),0.24%和0.48%的GTE组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(H-DLC)含量显著提升(P<0.05)。0.48%的GTE组PPARα的mRNA水平显著提升(P<0.05),0.24%和0.48%的GTE组ACC和SREBP-1c的mRNA水平显著降低(P<0.05),0.12%~0.48%的GTE组的CYP7A1的mRNA水平显著提高(P<0.05)。0.24%和0.48%的GTE组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05),0.48%的GTE组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。结论 :GTE可改善蛋鸡肝脂代谢,卵巢氧化稳态,并提高产蛋性能,本试验条件下建议最佳添加量为0.48%。 To explore the effects of green tea extract on production performance,liver lipid metabolism and ovarian antioxidant indexes of laying hens.86465-week-old Hailan Brown laying hens were divided into 4 groups,9 replicates/group and 24 hens/replicate.And fed the experimental diets supplemented with 0%,0.12%,0.24%and 0.48%GTE respectively,pretest for 7 days and main-test for 42 days.Compared with the 0%GTE group,the egg weight of the 0.48%GTE group increased by 3.96%(P<0.05),and the feed egg ratio decreased by 3.73%(P<0.05);The soft breaking rate of the 0.48%GTE group was 46.77%,43.10%and 44.07%lower than that of the 0-0.24%GTE groups,respectively(P<0.05).The content of TG in 0.48%GTE group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of H-DLC in 0.24%and 0.48%GTE groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The mRNA levels of PPAR-αin 0.48%GTE group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the mRNA levels of ACC and SREBP-1c in 0.24%and 0.48%GTE groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the mRNA levels of CYP7A1 in 0.12-0.48%GTE group were significantly increased(P<0.05).T-AOC activity and GSH content in 0.24%and 0.48%GTE groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),MDA content in 0.48%GTE group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),SOD activity was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:GTE can improve hepatic lipid metabolism and ovarian oxidative homeostasis in laying hens,and enhance laying performance.Under the conditions of this experiment,it is recommended that the optimal addition level be 0.48%.
