摘要
桑黄(Phellinus linteus)是一种具有重要药理活性的药食同源真菌,其化学成分主要包括多糖类、黄酮类、萜类、甾体类等。这些成分赋予了桑黄广泛的药理活性,如保肝、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节、抗菌、抗病毒以及抗癌等。研究表明,桑黄多糖能有效降低肝损伤小鼠的血清酶水平,并通过激活抗氧化应激途径保护肝脏。此外,桑黄还能通过调节多种信号通路发挥抗炎和免疫调节作用。抗氧化方面,桑黄能增加抗氧化酶的表达并清除自由基。抗菌和抗病毒活性体现为对特定病原微生物的抑制作用。在抗癌方面,桑黄中的化合物能够抑制癌细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡。该文旨在对桑黄中的化学成分以及药理作用进行综述,为桑黄的进一步研究开发提供参考。
Phellinus linteus is a medicinal fungus with important pharmacological activities,and its chemical constituents mainly include polysaccharides,flavonoids,terpenoids,and steroids.These components endow Phellinus linteus with diverse pharmacological ffects,such as hepatoprotective,antitumor,antioxidant,antiinflammatory,immunomodulatoryantibacterial,antivi ral,and anticancer.Studies have shown that Phellinus linteus polysaccharides can effectively reduce serum enzyme levels in liver-injured mice and protect the liver by activating the anti-oxidative stress pathway.In addition,Phellinus linteus can exert anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects by regulating multiple signaling pathways.In terms of antioxidants,Phelinus linteus increases the expression of antioxidant enzymes and scavenges free radicals.Antibacterial and antiviral activities are manifested in the inhibition of certain bacteria and influenza viruses:In terms of anticancer,compounds in Phellinus linteus inhibit cancer cell proliferation and induce apoptosis.The aim of this paper is to review the chemical constituents as well as the pharmacological effects of Phellinus linteus and to provide a reference for further research and development of Phellinus linteus.
