摘要
在新质生产力背景下,金融数字化营销人才培养不仅是满足金融机构数字化转型需求的现实选择,还是服务国家战略、助力经济高质量发展的重要支撑。通过深入探讨金融数字化营销人才培养过程中课程体系、师资队伍和产学研协同中存在的问题,文章提出要着力优化课程体系、提升师资队伍的数字化素养、构建产学研深度协同的创新生态,从而推动金融教育与行业的深度融合,在复杂多变的市场环境中培养出具有全球视野、数字化思维和创新精神的金融人才。
In the context of new quality productivity,the cultivation of financial digital marketing talents is not only a practical choice to meet the digital transformation needs of financial institutions,but also an important support to serve national strategies and promote high-quality economic development.Through in-depth exploration of the problems in the curriculum system,teaching staff,and industry university research collaboration in the process of cultivating financial digital marketing talents,the article proposes to focus on optimizing the curriculum system,enhancing the digital literacy of the teaching staff,and building an innovative ecosystem of deep collaboration between industry,academia,and research,in order to promote the deep integration of financial education and industry,and cultivate financial talents with global vision,digital thinking,and innovative spirit in the complex and ever-changing market environment.
