摘要
文章基于2010—2020年中国283个城市的面板数据,采用连续型多期空间双重差分(SDID)模型,实证探究了数字经济对城市新质生产力的空间溢出效应及作用机制。研究发现:国家级大数据综合试验区具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,不仅可以提升本地的新质生产力发展水平,同时也会带动邻近地区以及经济距离联系密切城市新质生产力的发展,国家级大数据综合试验区的设立主要通过经济集聚效应传导途径促进本地新质生产力的发展,并可以通过空间关联效应以及经济集聚效应影响邻近地区以及经济距离联系密切的地区。国家级大数据综合试验区的设立对东部地区以及中心城市的溢出效应显著为正,其负向的空间溢出效应体现在中部地区,且中部地区地理衰减效应明显。文章结论不仅有助于深化理解以大数据试验区为代表的数字经济政策对新质生产力的作用效果,也为地方政府借助大数据试验区促进新质生产力提升提供了政策支持。
This paper empirically explores the spatial spillover effect of the digital economy on urban new quality productivity and the mechanism of its action based on the panel data of 283 cities in China from 2010 to 2020,using a continuous multi-period Spatial Difference in Difference Model(SDID).It is found that national-level big data comprehensive pilot zones have significant positive spatial spillover effects,which can not only improve the development level of local new quality productivity,but also drive the development of new quality productivity in neighboring areas and cities with close economic distance connections.The establishment of national-level big data comprehensive pilot zones mainly promotes the development of local new productivity through the transmission of economic agglomeration effect,and can influence the development of new productivity in neighboring areas through spatial correlation effect and economic agglomeration effect.The establishment of a national level big data comprehensive experimental zone has a significant positive spillover effect on the eastern region and central cities,while its negative spatial spillover effect is reflected in the central region,where the geographical attenuation effect is obvious.The conclusions of this paper not only help to deepen the understanding of the effect of digital economy policies represented by big data pilot zones on new quality productivity,but also provide policy support for local governments to promote new quality productivity through big data pilot zones.
