摘要
目的 探究泌尿外科护理管理中应用短板理论下质量改进法的效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年7月辽源市中心医院泌尿外科12名护士,2021年7月—2022年7月实施常规护理管理,为优化前;2022年8月—2023年7月实施短板理论下质量改进法,为优化后。对比优化前、后的工作质量、护理风险、职业倦怠感及职业认同感。结果 优化后工作质量评分为(46.75±2.44)分,高于优化前的(43.83±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.133,P<0.05)。优化后护理风险各指标评分、职业倦怠感评分均低于优化前,职业认同感评分高于优化前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 短板理论下质量改进法能够进一步提高护士工作质量及职业认同感,同时降低护理风险及职业倦怠感。
Objective To explore the effect of the quality improvement method based on the short-board theory in urological nursing management.Methods A total of twelve nurses in the Department of Urology Surgery,Liaoyuan Central Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected.Conventional nursing management was implemented from July 2021 to July 2022,which was before optimization,and the quality improvement method based on the short-board theory was implemented from August 2022 to July 2023,which was after optimization.The work quality,nursing risks,job burnout and professional identity before and after optimization were compared.Results The work quality score af-ter optimization was 46.75±2.44,which was higher than 43.83±2.65 before optimization,and the difference was statis-tically significant(t=4.133,P<0.05).The scores of all indicators of nursing risks and job burnout after optimization were lower than those before optimization,and the professional identity score was higher than that before optimization,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The quality improvement method based on the short-board theory can further improve the work quality and professional identity of nurses,while reducing nursing risks and job burnout.
