摘要
目的分析计划-执行-检查-处理(plan-do-checkact,PDCA)循环管理模式对泌尿外科护士工作质量的影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年8月复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院泌尿外科的28名护士作为研究对象,将2021年7月—2022年7月开展常规护理管理时的14名护士设为对照组,2022年8月—2023年8月开展PDCA循环管理时的14名护士设为观察组,对比2组的管理效果。结果观察组合作安全、交班效率、工作协作/责任、患者信息交接4个维度护士交接班评估量表(nursing assessment of shift report,NASR)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组会阴护理、置管操作规范、手卫生、术后导尿、临床消毒5个维度风险系数量表(risk priority number,RPN)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组护理工作质量优良率为100%,高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士解决问题能力、团队合作能力、评判能力、自学能力、动手能力、沟通能力6个维度综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组临床护理级别符合率、护理操作符合率、护理实施合格率均为100%,高于对照组的57.14%、64.29%、64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌尿外科中开展PDCA循环管理模式可以增强护理人员综合能力,有效提升护理工作质量,降低护理风险,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of the plando-check-act(PDCA)cycle management model on the work quality of urology nurses.Methods A total of 28 nurses from the department of urology of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch)from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.From July 2021 to July 2022,a total of 14 nurses who carried out routine nursing management were set as the control group.From August 2022 to August 2023,a total of 14 nurses who carried out PDCA cycle management were set as the observation group,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the nursing assessment of shift report(NASR)in the four dimensions of cooperative safety,shift handover efficiency,work collaboration/responsibility,and patient information handover in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the risk priority number(RPN)scale in the five dimensions of perineal care,standardized catheterization operation,hand hygiene,postoperative catheterization,and clinical disinfection in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of nursing work quality in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 64.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of nurses in the observation group in six dimensions,namely problem-solving ability,teamwork ability,judgment ability,selfstudy ability,practical ability and communication ability,were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The coincidence rate of clinical nursing levels,the coincidence rate of nursing operations,and the qualified rate of nursing implementation in the observation group were all 100%,which were higher than 57.14%,64.29%and 64.29%in the control group respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA cycle management model in urology can enhance the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,effectively improve the quality of nursing work,reduce nursing risks,and has high application value.
