摘要
目的分析比较在下肢静脉曲张患者中使用腔内微波消融闭合术和传统手术治疗的效果。方法目的选取2021年6月—2023年7月辽源市中心医院收治的200例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象,根据手术方法的不同分为两组(对照组和研究组),各100例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,研究组采用腔内微波消融闭合术治疗。比较两组患者的临床指标、疼痛情况以及复发率。结果研究组术中出血量(32.07±7.69)mL少于对照组的(48.96±8.35)mL,手术时间(51.68±9.25)min、术后首次下床时间(5.47±0.53)h和住院时间(3.42±1.01)d短于对照组的(65.72±9.43)min、(6.41±0.69)h和(4.68±1.25)d,差异均有统计学意义(t=14.879,10.629,10.804,7.840;P均<0.05)。研究组术后12、24 h和36 h的痛感评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组术后6、12个月的疾病复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论腔内微波消融闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间、患者术后下床时间和住院时间,还可减轻患者的术后疼痛,防止疾病复发。
Objective The effects of intracavitary microwave ablation closure and traditional surgery in patients with varicose veins of lower extremities were analyzed and compared.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with vari-cose veins of lower extremities admitted to Liaoyuan Central Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were purposefully selected as the study subjects.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into two groups(control group and study group),100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the study group was treated with intracavitary microwave ablation closure.The clinical indicators,pain situation and disease re-currence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was(32.07±7.69)mL,which was less than(48.96±8.35)mL of the control group,the operation time,the first time to get out of bed after operation,the hospitalization time were(51.68±9.25)min,(5.47±0.53)h and(3.42±1.01)d in the study group,which were shorter than(65.72±9.43)min,(6.41±0.69)h and(4.68±1.25)d of the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=14.879,10.629,10.804,7.840;all P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 12,24 and 36 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of disease recurrence rate between the two groups at 6 and 12 months after operation,the differences were not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion Intracavitary microwave ablation closure for varicose veins of lower extremities can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten operation time,postopera-tive ambulation time and hospitalization time,reduce postoperative pain and prevent disease recurrence.
