摘要
目的了解“双师型”临床护理教师职业倦怠的程度,指导这一特殊人群减轻职业倦怠,积极地应对工作和生活。方法利用职业倦怠调查表对湖北医药学院150名“双师型”临床护理老师进行问卷调查。结果“双师型”临床护理教师有明显的职业倦怠,其程度与性别无明显的相关性(x2=0.802,P〉0.05),但与年龄、教龄、学历、职称有显著的相关性(x2=9.975,20.850,11.728,16.205;P〈0.05)。结论各级管理部门应重视“双师型”临床护理老师的职业倦怠,采取激励及支持措施,降低职业倦怠,提高I临床护理教师的工作热情及教学质量。
Objective To explore double-qualified clinical nursing teachers' job burnout, direct this group to improve job burnout, and cope with work and daily lives actively. Methods The questionnaire survey is done among 150 clinical nursing teachers of Hubei Medical University by Job Burnout Scale. Results It was obvious that clinical nursing teachers have job burnout, which was relevant with age, length of teaching; educational background and professional title significantly ( x2 = 9. 975, 20.850, 11. 728, 16.205 ; P 〈 0. 05 ) and was not relevant with gender ( x2 = 0. 802, P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions For increasing the clinical nursing teachers' enthusiasm for work and the quality of teaching, the administrative department should pay more attention on the job burnout of clinical nursing teachers, take measures to inspire and support them, and decrease the level of job burnout.
