摘要
为系统评价丝瓜种质资源对枯萎病的抗性水平,采用苗期与成株期双重鉴定体系,对200份丝瓜种质进行人工接种鉴定。苗期用1×10^(6)个/mL孢子悬浮液伤根浸根接种,成株期用1×10^(4)个/mL孢子悬浮液灌根接种。结果表明,供试材料抗性差异明显;筛选出16份核心抗病材料,包括免疫材料1份、高抗材料9份、抗病材料6份,且多数材料成株期抗性较苗期强;改良版接种方法高效可靠,双重鉴定体系不仅为丝瓜抗枯萎病育种提供了技术支撑和优质资源,筛选出的抗病品种还可作为核心亲本,为新品种选育拓宽了资源选择范围。
In order to systematically evaluate the resistance level of Luffa cylindrica germplasm resources to Fusarium wilt,200 L.cylindrica germplasm resources were identified by artificial inoculation using the dual identification system of seedling stage and adult plant stage.Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.luffae was inoculated via root injury at the concentration of 1×10^(6) spores/mL during the seedling stage,and it was inoculated via root irrigation at the concentration of 1×10^(4) spores/mL during the adult stage.The results showed that the resistance of the tested materials was significantly different.A total of 16 core disease-resistant materials were selected,including 1 immune,9 highly resistant and 6 disease-resistant cultivars.Most of the cultivars exhibited stronger resistance at the adult stage comparison to the seedling stage.The improved inoculation method was efficient and reliable.The dual identification system provided technical support and high-quality resources for breeding L.cylindrical to Fusarium wilt.The selected resistant cultivars could be used as core parents,which expanding the range of resource selection for new cultivars breeding.
