摘要
在智慧医院快速发展的背景下,医院需要整合多源异构数据,为医疗改革提供决策支持。文中基于TOE理论框架提出了一种闭环整合策略,通过构建标准化术语体系和微服务架构集成平台,实现医疗数据互联互通。实证分析表明,数据标准化使跨系统数据对接效率提升了65%,临床决策支持系统使诊断准确率提高了28%,为智慧医院建设提供了可量化的实施路径。
With the rapid development of smart hospitals,hospitals need to integrate multi-source heterogeneous data to provide decision support for medical reform.Based on the theoretical framework of toe,this paper proposes a closed-loop integration strategy,which realizes the interconnection of medical data through the construction of standardized terminology system and micro service architecture integration platform.The empirical analysis shows that data standardization improves the efficiency of cross system data docking by 65%,and the clinical decision support system improves the diagnostic accuracy by 28%,providing a quantifiable implementation path for the construction of smart hospitals.
