摘要
结合医院24小时门诊自助服务和多种挂号预约服务模式,对门诊业务流程进行优化。同时,关注门诊服务处与收费处工作,加强对预约工作的分析评价。门诊业务流程的优化与再造,将对医院预约和自助服务起到巩固强化和积极推动作用。
The outpatient service process is optimized by combining the 24-hour self-service of outpatient with multiple registration and appointment service modes. Meanwhile,attention should be paid to the work in outpatient service center and charging center,and the analysis and assessment of appointment should be strengthened. The optimization and reconstruction of outpatient service process will actively reinforce and improve the appointment and self-service of a hospital.
