摘要
该研究提出一种创新的无人值守地磅系统设计,通过智能化技术提升进出过磅效率,实现无人化操作。系统通过与农产品加工企业的资源规划(ERP)系统进行数据对接,利用车牌摄像头采集车牌信息与ERP系统中的客户订单信息进行匹配和交互,减少人为操作,提高数据准确性。考虑到违规作弊和地磅周边安全,该系统采用YOLOv8算法对违规下车和地磅周边人员情况进行智能识别,检测到违规行为时及时发出警报,增强地磅区域周边的安全性。该智能地磅系统设计可显著提升农产品加工企业过磅环节的工作效率,降低人工成本和作弊风险,为农产品加工行业的物流运输智能化发展提供有力支持,具有广泛的应用前景和推广价值。
The research proposes an innovative unmanned weighing system design that uses intelligent technology to improve the efficiency of entering and exiting weighing and achieve unmanned operation.The system connects data with the resource planning(ERP)system of agricultural product processing enterprises,and uses the license plate camera to collect license plate information to match and interact with customer order information in the ERP system,reducing human operations and improving data accuracy.Taking into account illegal cheating and the safety around the weighbridge,the system uses the YOLOv8 algorithm to intelligently identify the situation of people getting off the bus illegally and around the weighbridge,and issues an alarm in a timely manner when violations are detected,enhancing the safety around the weighbridge area.The design of the intelligent weighing system has significantly improved the work efficiency of the weighing process of agricultural product processing enterprises,reduced labor costs and cheating risks,provided strong support for the intelligent development of logistics and transportation in the agricultural product processing industry,and has broad application prospects and promotion value.
