基于OBE理念的研究生培养模式创新及实践探索

摘要 基于成果导向教育(Outcome-Based Education,OBE)理论框架,北京工业大学新型流体传动与控制研究中心在研究生培养领域开展系统性改革探索。该研究以“三维一体”培养架构为核心,设计分阶段目标导向的培养方案,并构建新型学术协作机制,有效解决研究生培养过程中普遍存在的学术思维转变困难、科研团队凝聚力不足及成果应用效率低下的关键问题。实证研究表明,这一创新性培养范式显著提升学生的科研创新能力与学术成果质量,其实践经验对工程类研究生教育改革具有重要的借鉴意义。 Based on the theoretical framework of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),the New Fluid Transmission and Control Research Center of Beijing University of Technology has carried out systematic reform and exploration in the field of graduate student training.This research takes the"three-dimensional integration"training framework as the core,designs a phased goal-oriented training program,and builds a new academic collaboration mechanism,effectively solving the key problems that are commonly present in the graduate student training process,such as the difficulty in the transformation of academic thinking,the insufficient cohesion of the scientific research team,and the low efficiency of the application of achievements.Empirical studies have revealed that this innovative training paradigm significantly improves students'scientific research and innovation ability and the quality of academic achievements.Its practical experience has important reference significance for the education reform of engineering graduate students.
