摘要
目的系统评价研究生培养过程中研究生及导师有关导学冲突的心理体验及应对策略。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、万方、维普、中华医学期刊全文数据库收集有关研究生教育中导学冲突的文献,自数据库建立起至2025年1月,采用Meta整合法对结果进行评价。结果共纳入14篇文献,提取36项研究结果,归纳为9个类别,综合成导学冲突类型、导学冲突应对策略2个整合结果。结论导师、研究生、学校在高等教育导学关系中发挥着重要作用,各方在针对导学冲突的应对策略上需进一步提升,以保障研究生培养质量,也可为医学研究生和谐导学关系的构建提供参考。
Objective To systematically evaluate the psychological experiences and coping strategies regarding supervisor-student conflicts in postgraduate education.Methods A computerized search was conducted in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,and the Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database for relevant literature on supervisor-student conflicts in postgraduate education from the establishment of the databases to January 2025.Meta-integration was used to evaluate the results.Results A total of 14 articles were included,and 45 research findings were extracted.These findings were classified into 11 categories and synthesized into three integrated results:conflict manifestations,conflict causes,and coping strategies.Conclusion Supervisors,postgraduate students,and universities play significant roles in the supervisor-student relationship.All parties need to further improve their coping strategies for supervisor-student conflicts and also can provide references for the construction of harmonious mentoring relationships among nursing graduate students.
