摘要
本文探讨了高职院校教师AI+教学能力提升的问题与对策。通过构建五维模型,包括AI技术融合能力、跨专业群整合能力、AI伦理思辨能力、分层发展能力及人机协同能力,分析了当前高职院校教师教学能力存在的技术应用浅层化、学科壁垒、伦理教学表面化、分层发展机制缺位及技术工具与育人本质失衡等问题,提出了实施阶梯式AI教学能力认证、建设校企数据融合实验室、建立“AI+专业”双导师协作平台、构建AI伦理风险评估工具箱、建立三维能力坐标分层模型、构建“情感增强型AI教具”认证体系等创新对策,旨在为高职院校教师教学能力建设提供借鉴,推动职业教育变革创新。
This paper explored the problems and countermeasures for enhancing teachers AI-intergrated teaching competence at higher vocational colleges.By constructing a Five-Dimensional Model,which included AI technology integration capability,interdisciplinary group integration capability,AI ethical reasoning capability,hierarchical development capability,and human-machine collaboration capability,the study analyzed current challenges in teachers'teaching competence,such as superficial technology application,disciplinary barriers,superficial ethical teaching,absence of hierarchical development mechanisms,and an imbalance between technical tools and the essence of education.To address these issues,innovative countermeasures were proposed,including implementing a stepped AI-intergrated teaching competence certification system,establishing university-enterprise data fusion laboratories,building an AI-intergrated major dual-tutor collaboration platform,developing an AI ethical risk assessment toolbox,constructing a three-dimensional capability coordinate hierarchical model,and creating a certification system for"emotionally augmented AI teaching aids."The aim is to provide reference for the development of teachers teaching competence and promote reform at higher vocational colleges and innovation in vocational education.
