摘要
以企业的视角系统分析了如何在高等教育背景下的“人力资源管理”课程中融入思政元素,覆盖招聘与选择、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬与福利管理、劳动关系及人力资源规划等六大模块。主旨在于通过明确的法律框架、社会责任原则和道德伦理教学,制定有效的教学策略,以增强学生的社会责任感和职业道德观,实现立德树人的教育目标。通过将思政元素融入“人力资源管理”课程,可以有效结合专业知识与社会主义核心价值观,不仅提升学生解决实际问题的能力,还能培养其社会责任感和职业道德。
This article systematically analyzes from the perspective of enterprises how to integrate ideological and political elements into the course of Human Resource Management in the context of higher education,covering six modules:recruitment and selection,training and development,performance management,compensation and benefits management,labor relations,and human resource planning.The main purpose is to develop effective teaching strategies through clear legal frameworks,social responsibility principles,and moral and ethical education,in order to deepen students’sense of social responsibility and professional ethics,and achieve the educational goal of building morality and cultivating talents.By integrating ideological and political elements of the course into Human Resource Management,professional knowledge and socialist core values can be effectively combined,which can not only improve students’ability to solve practical problems,but also cultivate their sense of social responsibility and professional ethics.
