摘要
随着数字技术的迅猛发展,提升教师的数字素养已成为教育数字化转型的关键。研究探讨了高职院校教师在数字素养方面存在的问题,如数字化意识滞后、数字技术知识与技能薄弱、数字化应用水平不高以及数字安全意识不足等,并提出了相应的提升策略,如建设数字化教学团队、推动数字化教学改革、举办教学能力大赛、增强培训效果、改革教学质量评价机制、创设数字化教学环境和优化管理机制等。这些措施旨在构建促进教师数字素养全面提升的长效机制,对高职院校具有重要的借鉴和推广意义。
With the rapid development of digital technology,enhancing teachers’digital literacy has become the key to the digital transformation of education.The study explores the problems of digital literacy among vocational college teachers,such as lagging digital awareness,weak digital technology knowledge and skills,low level of digital application,and insufficient digital security awareness,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,such as building digital teaching teams,promoting digital teaching reform,holding teaching ability competitions,improving training effectiveness,reforming teaching quality evaluation mechanisms,creating digital teaching environments,and optimizing management mechanisms.These measures aim to establish a long-term mechanism to promote the comprehensive improvement of teachers’digital literacy,which s of great reference and promotion significance for higher vocational colleges and universities.
