摘要
在“双碳”目标与制造业智能化的背景下,造纸企业面临着高能耗、高排放和低效率的多重挑战。基于此,从数字化转型的背景出发,深入剖析造纸企业在生产、运营、能源及供应链等方面的管理痛点,系统性地探讨数字化赋能的路径及其发展阶段。同时,结合典型企业的成功实践,提出具有可行性的策略建议,旨在为造纸行业的管理转型提供有益的参考。
Against the backdrop of the“dual carbon”goals and the intelligentization of manufacturing,papermaking enterprises are confronted with multiple challenges such as high energy consumption,high emissions,and low efficiency.Starting from the background of digital transformation,this article sorts out the management pain points of papermaking enterprises in production,operation,energy and supply chain,systematically analyzes the paths and stages of digital empowerment,and combines the practices of typical enterprises to put forward feasible strategic suggestions,providing references for the management transformation of the papermaking industry.
