摘要
辅助决策系统可以为造纸企业提供决策支持,提升企业的运行效率。为实现造纸企业辅助决策系统的升级,以大数据等技术为基础对传统企业所使用的辅助决策系统进行了升级。升级后的系统采用了数据湖+微服务+AI中台的架构模式,通过数据源层、大数据平台层、AI中台层、应用层的四层结构为造纸企业提供辅助决策,对该系统的典型应用场景进行总结,认为这类系统可以被应用于造纸企业应对原料价格波动及生产异常根因分析等场景。
The auxiliary decision system can provide decision support for paper making enterprises and improve the operation efficiency of enterprises.In order to upgrade the auxiliary decision-making system of papermaking enterprises,the auxiliary decision-making system used by traditional enterprises is upgraded based on big data and other technologies.The upgraded system adopts the architecture model of data lake+microservice+AI middle desk,and provides auxiliary decision-making for papermaking enterprises through the 4-layer structure of data source layer,big data platform layer,AI middle desk layer and application layer.The typical application scenarios of this system are summarized,and it is considered that this kind of system can be applied to the analysis of raw material price fluctuations and production anomalies in papermaking enterprises.
