摘要
文章旨在研究发酵香菇菌渣(FermentedShiitakeMushroomResidue,FSMR)对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及胴体品质的影响。试验选取120头体重相近[(90.16±3.26)kg]的健康育肥猪,随机分为4组,CON组采用基础日粮,3个试验组分别采用含4%(LFSMR组)、8%(MFSMR组)、12%(HFSMR组)发酵香菇菌渣的等氮饲料,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。试验为期30d。结果:(1)与CON组相比,HFSMR组平均日增重显著降低9.47%(P<0.05),料重比显著升高10.65%(P<0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,MFSMR组、HFSMR组干物质、粗蛋白质表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05),粗纤维表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。LFSMR组、MFSMR组、HFSMR组钙表观消化率均显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。(3)MFSMR组、HFSMR组胴体重、屠宰率显著低于CON组、LFSMR组(P<0.05)。HFSMR组眼肌面积显著低于CON组、LFSMR组(P<0.05)。结论:在保证生长性能条件下,育肥猪饲料中发酵香菇菌渣水平不宜超过8%,但要注意消化率和胴体品质下降问题。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of fermented shiitake mushroom residue(FSMR)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and carcass quality of fattening pigs.A total of 120 healthy fattening pigs with similar body weight(90.16±3.26 kg)were randomly divided into 4 groups.The CON group was fed a basal diet,while the three experimental groups were provided with isonitrogenous diets containing 4%(LFSMR group),8%(MFSMR group),and 12%(HFSMR group)FSMR,respectively.Each group had 3 replicates with 10 pigs per replicate,and the trial lasted for 30 days.Results:(1)Compared with the CON group,the ADG of the HFSMR group significantly decreased by 9.47%(P<0.05),and the F/G significantly increased by 10.65%(P<0.05).(2)In comparison with the CON group,the digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in the MFSMR and HFSMR groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the digestibility of crude fiber was significantly increased(P<0.05).Additionally,the calcium digestibility in the LFSMR,MFSMR,and HFSMR groups was significantly lower than that in the CON group(P<0.05).(3)The carcass weight and dressing percentage in the MFSMR and HFSMR groups were significantly lower than those in the CON and LFSMR groups(P<0.05).The eye muscle area in the HFSMR group was significantly smaller than that in the CON and LFSMR groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of ensuring growth performance,the level of FSMR in fattening pig feed should not exceed 8%,but attention should be paid to the decrease in digestibility and carcass quality.
