摘要
文章旨在研究黄芪多糖对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及肉品质的影响。试验将96头体重相近(65.39±1.08kg)的杜×长×大育肥猪随机按4组×3重复×8头分组(公母各半)。基础日粮根据《猪营养需要量》GB/T39235-2020配制,各组分别在基础日粮中添加0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.15%。预饲期7 d,正试期42 d。结果:与对照组相比,(1)基础日粮中黄芪多糖添加量为0.1%时,平均日增重显著提高8.85%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低7.81%(P<0.05)。(2)基础日粮中黄芪多糖添加量为0.05%、0.1%、0.15%时,血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05),且血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)基础日粮中黄芪多糖添加量为0.05%、0.1%、0.15%时,滴水损失、剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);基础日粮中黄芪多糖添加量为0.15%时,红度a~*显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪多糖能提高育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及肉品质,在本试验条件下,综合考虑各项指标,育肥猪饲料中黄芪多糖的建议添加量为0.1%。
This study was to investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides on growth performance,immune function and meat quality of growing pigs.A total of 96 growing pigs with similar body weight(65.39±1.08 kg)were randomly assigned to 4 groups×3 replicates×8 pigs(half male and half female).The basal diet was formulated according to the"Nutrient Requirements of Pigs"(GB/T 39235-2020).The pigs in each group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0%,0.05%,0.1%and 0.15%Astragalus polysaccharides,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 days and the trial period was 42 days.Results:Compared with the control group,(1)when the addition level of Astragalus polysaccharides in the basal diet was 0.1%,the average daily gain increased by 8.85%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio decreased by 7.81%(P<0.05).(2)When the addition levels of Astragalus polysaccharides in the basal diet were 0.05%,0.1%and 0.15%,the contents of serum IgA and IgG significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of serum TNF-αsignificantly decreased(P<0.05).(3)When the addition levels of Astragalus polysaccharides in the basal diet were 0.05%,0.1%and 0.15%,the drip loss and shear force significantly decreased(P<0.05);when the addition level was 0.15%,the redness(a*)significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus polysaccharides can improve the growth performance,immune function and meat quality of growing pigs.Considering all the indicators comprehensively,the recommended addition level of Astragalus polysaccharides in the diet of growing pigs is 0.1%.
