摘要
为探究中草药对育肥猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响,选取20头育肥猪,分为4组,对照组、中草药低、中和高剂量组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、2%、4%和6%的中草药添加剂。结果显示,与对照组相比,中草药中剂量组与中草药高剂量组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著升高(P<0.05),料重比较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),分别降低了5.54%和9.04%。中草药中剂量组和高剂量组血清中IgA和IL-2含量显著高于对照组(P <0.05);中草药高剂量组血清中IgG含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),升高了2.56%,IgM和IL-6含量有上升趋势(P>0.05)。综上表明,饲料中添加中草药能够有效提高育肥猪的生长性能,降低料重比,改善免疫机能。
In order to investigate the effects of Chinese herbs on growth performance and immune function of fattening pigs,20 fattening pigs were selected and divided into four groups,the control group,the low,medium and high dose groups of Chinese herbs,which were added with 0,2%,4%and 6%of the Chinese herb additives to the basal diets,respectively.The results showed that the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake were significantly higher(P<0.05)and the feed weight ratio was significantly lower(P<0.05)in the herbal medicine medium-dose group and the herbal medicine high-dose group compared with the control group,by 5.54%and 9.04%,respectively.The serum content of IgA and IL-2 in the middle-dose and high-dose groups of Chinese herbal medicine was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum content of IgG in the high-dose group of Chinese herbal medicine was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with an increase of 2.56%,and the content of IgM and IL-6 had a tendency to increase(P>0.05).In conclusion,it was shown that the addition of Chinese herbs in feed can effectively improve the growth performance of fattening pigs,reduce the feed-to-weight ratio and improve the immune function.
