黄粉虫粉添加水平对育肥猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及肉质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Tenebrio molitor meal on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients and meat quality of finishing pigs

摘要 为了给黄粉虫粉(TM)在育肥猪饲料中的应用提供借鉴,本研究以75头初重约为62 kg的阉割公猪为研究对象,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复5头,CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组TM1、TM2、TM3和TM4分别在基础日粮中添加2%、4%、6%和8%的TM,预饲期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明,与CK相比,TM1、TM2和TM3的末重、日均增重(ADG)和料肉比(F/G)无显著变化(P>0.05),TM4组的末重和ADG显著降低(P<0.05),F/G显著升高(P<0.05)。育肥猪对干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)和钙(Ca)的表观消化率方面,TM1、TM2和TM3与CK处于同一水平(P>0.05),TM4显著低于CK(P<0.05)。TM1、TM2和TM3猪肉的红度a*与CK无显著差异(P>0.05),TM4猪肉的红度a*显著低于CK(P<0.05)。TM1、TM2和TM3猪肉的24 h滴水损失和剪切力显著低于CK(P<0.05),TM4猪肉的24 h滴水损失和剪切力显著高于CK(P<0.05)。TM4猪肉的pH_(45min)和pH_(24h)显著低于CK(P<0.05),其余各组猪肉的pH_(45min)和pH_(24h)与CK处于同一水平(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本研究条件下,添加6%及以下的TM对育肥猪的生长性能和养分表观消化率无显著负面影响,且对肉质具有不同程度的改善作用。 In order to provide reference for the application of Tenebrio molitor meal(TM)in the feed of fattening pigs,this study selected 75 castrated male pigs with an initial weight of 62 kg.They were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 5 pigs per replicate.CK was fed with basic diet,and TM1,TM2,TM3,and TM4 were added with 2%,4%,6%,and 8%TM,respectively.The main trial period was 70 days with 7 days of pre-trial period.The results showed that compared with CK,there were no significant changes in the final weight,average daily weight gain(ADG),and feed to gain ratio(F/G)of TM1,TM2,and TM3(P>0.05),while the final weight and ADG of TM4 group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly increased(P<0.05).In terms of the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and calcium(Ca),TM1,TM2,and TM3 were not significantly different from CK(P>0.05),while TM4 was significantly lower than CK(P<0.05).The redness a*of pork from TM1,TM2,and TM3 showed no significant difference compared to CK(P>0.05),while the redness a*of pork from TM4 was significantly lower than that of CK(P<0.05).The 24-hour drip loss and shear force of TM1,TM2,and TM3 were significantly lower than CK(P<0.05),while the 24-hour drip loss and shear force of TM4 were significantly higher than CK.The pH of TM4 at 45 minutes and 24 hours was significantly lower than CK,while the pH of other groups at 45 minutes and 24 hours was at the same level as CK(P>0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this study,the addition of 6%or less TM had no significant negative effects on the growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of fattening pigs,and had certain improvement on meat quality.
