摘要
面向土木工程卓越人才培养目标,文章以线路工程课程改革为载体,构建产学研深度融合的教学改革体系。通过整合校企资源、引入真实工程案例、增设实践课程及创新教学手段,显著提升了学生的实践能力、创新能力和团队协作能力。改革后,学生定线任务完成时间缩短了24.6%,定线精度提升至78%,教师的教学水平也得到了提升,从而推动课程教学的发展及人才培养质量的提升,对培养适应铁路行业需求的卓越人才具有重要参考价值。
Focusing on the goal of cultivating outstanding talents in civil engineering,this article constructs a teaching reform system that deeply integrates industry,academia,and research through the reform of the line engineering curriculum.By integrating school enterprise resources,introducing real engineering cases,adding practical courses,and innovating teaching methods,students'practical ability,innovation ability,and teamwork ability have been significantly improved.After the reform,the completion time of students'route tasks has been shortened by 24.6%,the accuracy of route determination has been improved to 78%,and the teaching level of teachers has also been enhanced,thereby promoting the development of curriculum teaching and improving the quality of talent cultivation.This has important reference value for cultivating outstanding talents that meet the needs of the railway industry.
