摘要
论述了当前涂料行业人才需求现状及涂料类人才培养存在的问题;阐述了基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的校企合作人才培养模式;介绍了基于OBE理念的校企合作模式在江西科技师范大学培养零适应期涂料人才方面的探索与实践,包括制定遵循OBE理念的校企合作人才培养方案、重构课程体系、创新教学模式、建立评价体系等具体措施。实践结果表明,基于OBE理念的校企合作模式有效缩短了大学毕业生适应期,提高了就业竞争力,为涂料行业输送了高素质应用型人才。
This paper discusses the current situation of talent demand in the coatings industry and the problems existing in the training of coatings talents.It expounds the talent cultivation model of school-enterprise cooperation based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE).It is to introduce the exploration and practice of the school-enterprise cooperation model based on the OBE concept in cultivating zero-adaptation coatings talents in Jiangxi Science&Technology Normal University.Specific measures are implemented,including the formulation of a school-enterprise cooperation talent training program following the OBE concept,the restructuring of the curriculum system,the innovation of teaching modes,and the establishment of an evaluation system.Practical results have demonstrated that the school-enterprise cooperation model based on the OBE concept effectively shortens the adaptation period of graduates,enhances their employment competitiveness,and provides high-quality application-oriented talents for the coatings industry.
