辐射防护医学实践教学中存在的问题及改进策略——以“小鼠脾结节的测定”为例

摘要 “小鼠脾结节的测定”是辐射防护医学专业开设的实验课程之一,对学生理解辐射损伤效应具有重要意义。在教学过程中,由于学生的专业背景和认知水平存在较大差异,学生在理解实验流程与掌握操作技能方面存在较大困难。文章系统分析了当前实践教学中存在的主要问题,并从优化教学模式、创新教学方法、提升教师教学能力及完善考核评价体系等方面提出改进策略,以期帮助学生理解辐射损伤机制,提高实践操作能力,为培养高素质医学人才提供有力支撑。 "Determination of Splenic Nodules in Mice"is one of the experimental courses offered in the field of radiation protection medicine,which is of great significance for students to understand the effects of radiation damage.During the teaching process,due to significant differences in students'professional backgrounds and cognitive levels,they face significant difficulties in understanding the experimental process and mastering operational skills.The article systematically analyzes the main problems in current practical teaching,and proposes improvement strategies from optimizing teaching modes,innovating teaching methods,enhancing teachers'teaching abilities,and improving the assessment and evaluation system,in order to help students understand the mechanism of radiation damage,improve practical operation abilities,and provide strong support for cultivating high-quality medical talents.
