摘要
管道清管器在长输管道的清管、扫线中具有重要作用,因而被大量应用于各类长输管道中。清管器通过性能参数不满足管道实际工况要求时,会出现清管器停球或者卡堵现象。文中设计了清管器通过性能实验装置,通过理论计算、现场实验分析清管器通过性能,并给出具体公式;模拟清管器在管道中的运行情况,确认清管器的通过能力。
Pipeline pig plays an important role in pigging and sweeping of long-distance pipelines,so it is widely used in various long-distance pipelines.When the passing performance parameters of the pig do not meet the actual working conditions of the pipeline,the pig may stop or get stuck.In the paper,an experimental device for the passing performance of the pig was designed.The passing performance of the pig was analyzed through theoretical calculation and field experiments,and specific formulas were given.The operation of the pig in the pipeline was simulated to confirm the passing capacity of the pig.
