摘要
对氯丁橡胶进行了改性研究,在氯丁二烯分子链上引入2,3二氯丁二烯-1,3单元,形成共聚物,在共聚过程中使用硫磺调节分子量,并研究了聚合配方、聚合工艺条件及断链工艺条件。结果表明:产品DCR-112具备优良的抗结晶性能,而且其弹性和物理机械性能均有显著改善;随着2,3-DCB用量的增加,橡胶的耐油性能逐渐增强,耐水性能减弱;在常温下其比LJD-120型氯丁橡胶的邵氏硬度低5个硬度点,制品质地软,柔韧性高。本产品与美国Dupon公司相应牌号的GRT氯丁胶的各项性能进行对比,物理机械性能基本相当。
The modification of neoprene rubber was studied by introducing 2,3 into the molecular chain of chloroprene.The copolymer of dichlorobutadiene 1,3 units was formed,the molecular weight was adjusted by sulfur in the copolymerization process,and the polymerization formula,polymerization process conditions and chain breaking process conditions were studied.The results show that DCR-112 has excellent crystallization resistance,and its elastic and physical and mechanical properties are significantly improved.With the increase of the amount of 2,3-DCB,the oil resistance of rubber gradually increased,and the water resistance weakened.At room temperature,it is 5 hardness points lower than the Shore hardness of LJD-120 type neoprene rubber,soft texture and high flexibility.The properties of this product are compared with those of GRT neoprene adhesive corresponding to Dupon Company in the United States,and the physical and mechanical properties are basically equivalent.
