木质素基水凝胶柔性传感器制备的综合实验设计 被引量:1

摘要 为提高材料化学专业四年级本科生的科研素养和实践创新能力,设计了一个制备木质素基水凝胶柔性传感器的综合实验。该综合实验要求本科生通过文献调研,首先制备脱甲氧基木质素磺酸钠(DLS),再分别与丙烯酰胺单体和丙烯酸钠单体共聚,制备DLS基聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和聚丙烯酸钠(PAANa)单网络水凝胶(PAM-DLS和PAANa-DLS),并在(PAM-DLS和PAANa-DLS)共聚过程中添加聚丙烯醇(PVA)形成的双网络水凝胶(PAM-DLS/PVA和PAANa-DLS/PVA)。通过测试水凝胶机械性能、导电性能和力敏性能,探讨其潜在的应用。实验指导学生全方位地掌握木质素化学改性、水凝胶合成与制备、材料结构表征与性能测试、数据分析以及课程论文撰写等实验技能。教学实践结果表明,通过该综合实验,学生不仅可以掌握材料化学合成的基本实验技能,还能通过数据讨论与科学论文撰写训练,培养分析、解决问题的能力,有助于其科研能力、综合素质的提高。 To enhance the scientific research literacy and practical innovation capabilities of senior undergraduate students in materials chemistry,we designed a comprehensive experiment focusing on the preparation of lignin-based hydrogel flexible sensors.This experiment requires students to conduct literature research,prepare demethoxylated sodium lignosulfonate(DLS),and subsequently copolymerize it with acrylamide(AM)or sodium acrylate(AANa)monomers to synthesize single-network hydrogels(PAM-DLS and PAANa-DLS).Furthermore,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)is introduced during the copolymerization process to fabricate double-network hydrogels(PAM-DLS/PVA and PAANa-DLS/PVA).By evaluating the mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,and strain-sensing performance of these hydrogels,students gain hands-on experience in lignin chemical modification,hydrogel synthesis,material characterization,data analysis,and scientific paper writing.Teaching practice demonstrates that this experimental design significantly improves students’research competencies,interdisciplinary skills and innovative thinking.Through this comprehensive training,students not only master fundamental techniques in material chemistry synthesis but also enhance their problem-solving abilities via data interpretation and academic writing.
