硫辛酸偶联磁纳米粒子增强羊毛织物的功能性和着色性

Enhancement of Functionality and Dyeability of Wool Fabric by Lipoic Acid Coupled Magnetic Nanoparticles

摘要 为了赋予羊毛织物抗紫外性能、抗氧化活性以及良好的可染性,以羊毛织物为载体,利用硫辛酸(LA)为偶联剂,构建了羟丙基环糊精修饰的磁性纳米四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)功能化改性的羊毛织物。利用现代测试手段全反射红外光谱(FT-ATR)、扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)对改性羊毛进行表征,并研究不同的硫辛酸用量对改性羊毛织物的物理机械性能、防水抗皱性能、抗紫外、抗氧化性能以及染色性能的影响。研究结果表明:与未处理羊毛织物相比,改性羊毛纤维表面明显变得粗糙,羟丙基环糊精修饰的磁纳米粒子通过硫辛酸锚固沉积在纤维表面。随着硫辛酸用量增加,改性羊毛织物的表面接触角增加,弹性增强,抗紫、抗氧化活性提高。采用姜黄素、酸性大红染色后的改性羊毛织物表面色深值增加。该工艺操作简便,对于实现羊毛织物的生态染色提供了很好的途径。 In order to enhance UV resistance,antioxidant activity and good dyeability of wool fabrics,hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin modified magnetic nano ferroferric oxide(Fe3O4)functionalized wool fabric was constructed by using the wool fabric as carrier and lipoic acid(LA)as coupling agent.The modified wool was characterized by FT-ATR and SEM/EDS,and the effects of different amounts of lipoic acid on the physical and mechanical properties,water resistance,wrinkle resistance,UV resistance,oxidation resistance and dyeing properties of the modified wool fabric were discussed.The results showed that the surface of the modified wool fiber was obviously coarser than that of the untreated wool fabric,and the hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin modified magnetic nanoparticles were deposited and fixed on the fiber surface by lipoic acid anchorage.With the increase of the amount of lipoic acid,the surface contact angle,elasticity,anti-violet and antioxidant activity of the modified wool fabric improved.The surface color depth value of the modified wool fabric increased after dyeing with curcumin and acid scarlet.This process was easy to operate and provided a good way to realize ecological dyeing of wool fabric.
