摘要
研究了两种采用不同漆料调配制成的胶粘剂,与苏化802胶液制备的石棉石墨封严涂层在硬度、结合强度、热震性能、耐油性能等方面进行对比,分析了不同胶粘剂对石棉石墨涂层性能的影响,结果为3种配方制备的石棉石墨涂层主要在硬度和结合强度性能上存在差异。通过胶粘剂对石棉石墨封严涂层性能影响研究,获得了与发动机运行工况相匹配的石棉石墨封严涂层体系,即W61-55漆和W61-16漆混合制备的石棉石墨涂层体系。
It was studied that two types of adhesives made from different paint materials and compared them with the asbestos and graphite sealing coatings prepared by Suhua 802 adhesive in terms of hardness,bonding strength,thermal shock performance,and oil resistance.It was analyzed that the influence of different adhesives on the performance of asbestos and graphite coatings.The results showed that the main differences among the three formulations of asbestos and graphite coatings were in hardness and bonding strength.Through the research on the influence of adhesives on the performance of asbestos and graphite sealing coatings,it was obtained that an asbestos and graphite sealing coating system that matched the operating conditions of the engine,namely the asbestos and graphite coating system prepared by the mixed W61-55 paints and W61-16 paints.
