摘要
本研究基于教育强国战略背景,聚焦中国特色大学辅导员队伍作为“第四支队伍”的独特定位,探讨中国特色大学辅导员角色定位与效能优化问题。通过多案例分析、政策文本解读和实证数据等方法,系统梳理了辅导员角色演变历程,剖析了当前辅导员在人才培养中的核心效能及工作面临的挑战与困境。研究发现,在新时代背景下,辅导员角色呈现多元化、专业化趋势,但仍存在身份认同模糊、职业发展受限、工作压力大等问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化辅导员角色定位和提升工作效能的策略,分别是:明确辅导员作为“第四支队伍”的重要角色;构建科学的辅导员培养与评价体系;完善辅导员职业发展通道;强化辅导员专业能力建设;创新辅导员工作方法与模式。研究结果对于推进中国特色大学辅导员队伍建设、提升思想政治教育质量、实现教育强国战略目标具有重要的理论和实践意义。
Under the strategic backdrop of building a strong education nation,this study focuses on the unique role of university counselors with Chinese characteristics as the“fourth pillar”of higher education personnel,exploring their role positioning and efficiency optimization.Through multi-case analysis,policy text interpretation,and empirical data,the research systematically reviews the evolution of counselors’roles and analyzes their core efficiency in talent cultivation,as well as current challenges and dilemmas.The findings reveal that,in the new era,counselors’roles are becoming increasingly diversified and professionalized,yet issues persist,including ambiguous identity recognition,limited career advancement,and high work pressure.To address these challenges,this paper proposes strategies to optimize counselors’role positioning and enhance their efficiency,include:clarifying the significance of counselors as the“fourth pillar”;establishing a scientific training and evaluation system for counselors;improving career development pathways;strengthening professional competency building;and innovating working methods and models.The results hold significant theoretical and practical implications for advancing the development of university counselor teams,improving the quality of ideological and political education,and achieving the strategic goals of building a strong education nation.
