摘要
思政引领力是教育强国的首要特质,也是高校辅导员开展思想政治工作的必要支撑。辅导员的思政引领力有思想引导、价值塑造、行为示范、组织带动四方面内涵。同物理学领域中的力具有方向、大小和作用点三要素相似,思政引领力也包含引领的方向、强度和作用点三个要素,分别与思想政治工作的目标导向、效力效能以及载体场域直接相关。思政引领力是辅导员落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障,是辅导员应对复杂挑战的关键能力,对推进大学生思想政治工作的高质量开展具有导向作用。辅导员要通过坚定理想信念以确保思政引领力的方向、增强能力素养以提高思政引领力的强度、坚持守正创新以丰富思政引领力的作用点,政府和高校要从队伍、制度和资源三个方面对辅导员思政引领力的提升予以保障。
The ideological and political guiding force constitutes the primary attribute of an educationpowered nation and serves as an essential support for university advisors in conducting ideological and political education.The guiding force of advisors encompasses four dimensions:ideological guidance,value shaping,behavioral exemplification,and organizational mobilization.Analogous to the three fundamental elements of force in physics:direction,magnitude,and point of application,the guiding force similarly comprises three components:its directional orientation,the intensity of guidance,and focal points of application,which directly correlate with the goal orientation,efficacy,and implementation platforms and contexts of ideological and political work.The ideological and political guiding force is a critical guarantee for advisors to fulfill the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and a core competency in addressing complex challenges,playing a pivotal role in advancing the highquality development of college students'ideological and political education.To strengthen the ideological and political guiding force,advisors must consolidate ideological convictions to ensure its directional accuracy,enhance professional competencies to amplify its intensity,and uphold tradition while innovating to diversify its application points.Governments and universities must strengthen the ideological and political guiding force through three-dimensional supports:teams,institutions,and resources.
